    Yoga teachers Marja Bazuin, Angelika Karrer, Tamara van Well, Eleni Valkanou, Gera Fokkes, Malou Bouw and Eline van de Kam guide these retreats and teach several styles of yoga sessions, in the morning and in the late afternoon. The teachers will offer modifications for less and more experienced yogis. The maximum participants in the group is 16.

    In the mornings we start the day with a more active Hatha/Vinyasa session while the afternoon yoga will be relaxing Yin/Restorative. On arrival day there will be a practice in the late afternoon and departure days there will be a practice in the morning before breakfast.

    Awakening

    When you wake up, you can enjoy a delicious fresh juice. Afterwards, you start the day on your yoga mat while enjoying the fresh air and the first sunbeams.  After this wonderful morning yoga, a rich and healthy breakfast will be waiting for you.

  • Rest of the day

    The rest of the day, you will have all the time to do what you like and of course we’ll give you recommendations, if you need. In the early evening you have a lesson with views of the sunset. After this wonderful session, you can enjoy a delicious dinner.

    Meditation with sunset at the Asklepion area is very special. This is the sacred place of Hippocrates, who was born in Kos around the year 460 BC. The unique atmosphere makes this meditation a special and unforgettable experience.

    Floating in the thermal baths

    If you feel like it, one evening you can go with the group to the thermal baths. These are natural hot springs, which the Greeks themselves use to relax and enjoy. With the sun setting and the stars in the sky, it is wonderful to float in the warm water with the sounds of the mountain goats as the background.

During the hikes you can unwind and enjoy the nature and scenic views. The guide, who’ll show you the beautiful places, can tell you all about what you encounter along the way.

    Join us for an inspiring and relaxing Yoga Retreat in South Goa, India 7th until 14th of December at a stunning tropical getaway, Agonda Beach. Enjoying a stay under the palmtrees, laze around in the hammock, spend the days on the beach, watch stunning sunsets, nourish yourself with delicious vegetarian (vegan options) food and drinks, and most of all relax body and mind with yoga.

    Can you see yourself practicing yoga in the middle of beautiful nature, surrounded by coconut, cashew, and palm trees with sea view and the sound of singing birds? Yoga teacher Tamara van Well will be teaching this week and you can follow the several styles of yoga and meditation sessions. You will arrive on the Saturday and the first yoga/meditation session of the week will be in the afternoon, followed by dinner.

  • Jungle hike

    If you feel like it, one afternoon you can join us on a beautiful hike through the jungle with our guide Krishna. The rest of the days during the week, you will have all the time to do what you like and of course we’ll give you recommendations.

    Accommodations

    We will stay at Fusion in garden huts at the South End of Agonda Beach and they are not even a one minute walk away from the beach. They are set up in a beautiful lush garden where there is enough space to enjoy and to relax in our lounge areas. All huts are stylishly decorated and have a balcony outside with comfortable chairs and table and a beautiful view. The huts are equipped with a en-suite bathroom, ceiling fans, mosquito nets and WIFI.

    Food

    Fusion has a beautiful garden restaurant, which is surrounded by tropical plants and flowers.They will arrange a wonderful range of vegetarian (vegan options) foods for us. With the use of organic products as much as possible.

    We offer this week to you for a special price of € 725,00 for a private hut and € 650,00 for a shared hut including accommodation, all yoga and meditation sessions, all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner except for Friday evening dinner), transfer from and to the airport and the beautiful jungle hike. The only thing you have to take care of is a flight ticket to India 🙂
