    Yoga instructors Marja Bazuin, Tamara van Well, Riki Smits and Gera Fokkes guide the retreats. You’re very welcome to join whether you have never done yoga before or you are a regular practitioner, the classes are tailored to individual needs. The maximum participants in the group is 18.

    In the mornings we start the day with a more active Hatha session while the afternoon yoga will be a relaxing Yin. On arrival day there will be a practice in the late afternoon and departure days there will be an early session in the morning before breakfast.

    While you wake up, we prepare a delicious fresh juice for you. You will start the day on your yoga mat while enjoying the fresh air and the first sunbeams. After this wonderful morning yoga, a rich and healthy breakfast will be waiting for you.

  • Rest of the day

    The rest of the day, you will have all the time to do what you like and we’ll give you recommendations for the best places to go. In the early evening you have a lesson with views of the sunset. After this wonderful session, you can enjoy a delicious dinner.

    The sunset meditation at Hippocrates Altis, close to the Asklepion will be very special. This is the sacred place of Hippocrates, father of Medicine who was born on Kos. The unique atmosphere makes this meditation a special and unforgettable experience.

    Floating in Therma

    One evening we go to Therma. These are natural hot springs, which the Greeks themselves use to relax and enjoy. While the sun goes down and the stars come out, it is wonderful to float in the warm water with the sounds of the mountain goats in the background.

During the hikes you can unwind and enjoy the nature and scenic views. The guide, who’ll show you the beautiful places, can tell you all about what you encounter along the way.

    During this week, there will be a daily yoga session. You are very welcome to join whether you have never done yoga before or you are a regular practitioner, the classes are tailored to individual needs.

    Food

    Every morning we prepare a fresh fruit or vegetable wake up juice for you. A rich and healthy breakfast will be served in the garden. In the evenings (except for Thursday) we serve a delicious Greek style dinner, prepared on-site by our chef. Everything fresh and with as many local products as possible. The meals are vegan and vegetarian. At dinner it’s ‘bring your own booze‘. Always nice to taste newly discovered Greek wines.

  • Do what you like

    Always wanted to try a SUP session? On Tuesday morning we”ll take you Stand Up Paddle boarding, it will be a lot of fun with the benefit of a full-body workout. Some good laughs are guaranteed.
    The ancient Greeks used wine both as food and as medicine so why not try some of the most delicious Koan wines at a family-run winery we will visit on Wednesday afternoon.
    How does soaking up sunshine, swimming and snorkeling sound? Thursday you will go on a boat trip and visit the 3 wonderful islands Kalymnos, Plati and Pserimos. On the way there is a swim break to dive into the turquoise blue water and a rich Greek lunch on board.

    Relaxing

Monday evening we go to Therma, the natural hot springs. While the sun goes down and the stars come out, it is wonderful to float in the warm water.

    All activities are optional. You may also take extra resting days. You will have all the time to do what you like, relax, go to the beach, for coffee in town or chilling at our pool.
